Business Action Planning Workshop

The PEOPLE Academy offers a licensed Business Action Planning Workshop to Organisations that recognise the need to have a development plan that links to the training of the staff.  It has been attended by thousands of business decision makers so far in the UK as well as the US. 

The workshop has been used under license by Business Links as a very successful vehicle for engaging new clients with Investors in People as part of a major strategy in England funded through the Learning & Skills Council. It has also been used by official US training fund partners to help businesses consider their future plans and contemplate any training that would help achieve these goals.

The workshop is practical, informative and action packed whilst being delivered in an engaging relaxed and humorous style. It is ideally delivered to groups of 10 -20 business decision makers at a time each coming from different organizations.

Delivery of this workshop has been licensed to business support agencies who have used it to support local businesses. It has already been attended by thousands of business decision makers. The workshop includes:

• Half-day session for key business decision makers
• Reviewing business challenges and SWOT analysis
• Goal Setting
• Business coaching through the PEOPLE model™

Development of 6 page Action Plan

The Action Plan consists of:

• Identified key business challenges currently faced
• Key business goals (using SMART)
• Workforce development needs/skill gaps to address in order to fill those needs
• Next steps in order to move plan forward
