    The PEOPLE Academy support systems will become an invaluable resource for you and your team. They can be accessed online at any time of day and regardless of location via your PC. All you will need is a username and password giving you immediate access which you will share with your team.

    what is the people model™? 

    The PEOPLE model™ itself is a unique performance improvement framework which can provide everyone with a common approach to review performance.

    In an organization it can be used in business planning, team meetings, one to one discussions, there are no limits to its use. It can even be used on a personal level to help people coach through growth in any arena providing a road map and common framework to work to.

    what are online tutorials?

    These are short, audio visual tutorials which cover many from managing people to personal coaching. Most tutorials also provide within then downloadable print on demand templates and documents for you to use immediately. All you need to access the tutorials is access to the internet

    what are the management development bulletins?

    These are a library of bulletins, now more than a page and half long providing tips and guidance and a wealth of subject. They can be read on screen or downloaded and printed or emailed to as required.

    what are the staff surveys?

    Through a strategic partnership with Perception Gap, the online staff survey system we provide two surveys for you to choose from. They are based upon areas of good practice that every business will want to review. The surveys enable people to respond anonymously whilst providing suggestions for improvements which are collated into unique reports for you to consider providing a very powerful team action planning process.

    Each survey is based on thirty core statements and you will be able to add up to three further statements to each one you conduct.

    what is the ask the expert service?

    All users will have access to our ask the expert service. This is online and can be used by anyone that you give access to and we will answer questions posed just as quickly as we can.

    When questions are raised by an organisations using our systems we will respond through the nominated contact, usually the purchaser of the system. This way an organisation can provide our answer back to its people and where appropriate offer additional support or development where required.

    Questions posed through the ask the expert service by independent coaches or consultant users will be answered direct.

    what is the manual?

    The manual is a useful reference resource for you to use. Each Business Managers system comes with a quality manual and folder. The content of the manual will also be available for you to download in download PDF format. The Personal life coach manual is only available as a PDF download.

    You may wish to suggest that everyone reviews the PEOPLE model™ area. They will then want to start using it individually and as a team as an approach to driving improvement 

    You may also want to decide when it might be best to use the staff survey systems. The responses you get to any staff survey can be fed into your business planning process and shared with managers as you agree how best to improve your organization. We recommend that one person or nominated team leads in the staff survey process
