How do I get access?

Organizations

When you buy any of our systems we will issue you with a unique username and password for sharing with your managers. Using this managers then access the system as and when they choose to. Anytime of the day, any day of the week

Note: If managers use the ask the expert service we will respond to each question posed to the organizations nominated contact i.e. HR person. This person is then responsible for passing our response on. (We work this way to ensure each organization has the reassurance of being able to monitor the quality of support being provided. It also helps to identify where people may require additional training or support)

Coaches / Consultants

When you buy any of our systems we issue you with your unique username and password. This is for you sole use and is not to be shared with others.

Coaches & consultants use our resources as a resource to give them the tools, techniques and approaches they require to enhance their portfolio of support offered to a client. They use the templates, exercises with clients, and can use the staff survey systems to survey client organizations to help them facilitate growth. (You manage the process of setting up the survey and you receive the completed reports you then present back to clients as the basis for your discussions around your support and how you might assist them)
