Each survey identifies how people see an organisation by allowing them to respond to statements related to each heading. The Perception Gap system collates all responses to provide unique reports containing participants suggestions on how your business could be improved.

People will see things differently and will experience the world from different perspectives. How people see, or perceive their world will without doubt, impact on how they act. Just suppose that within your organisation there are some inaccurate perceptions held - you would want to know about them and take the necessary action to address them.
