In order to remain independent Perception Gap does not offer support to implement improvements that may be identified within your reports.

You may choose to work on your findings with your own resources, however, you may wish to work with external Perception Gap affiliates or other consultants and advisers. They might be able to support your organisation review, its Perception Gap reports and any improvements you plan to make as a result of their findings. As good practice we recommend that you always seek references from new consultants you plan to work with.

You may also wish to consider working with a business support organisation set up to support businesses to develop and improve. They can discuss with you what actions you may decide to take and how to implement them effectively.
