Step by Step Implementing Perception Gap - THE Business Survey ToolSTEP 1
Decide which of the two surveys (PEOPLE or Balance Scorecard) you wish to use then communicate the process to all those you will be inviting to take part

STEP 2
Set up action groups

STEP 3
Everyone completes the survey and your unique report outlining all responses is compiled

STEP 4
Senior management review report and gaps identified

STEP 5
Action-plan and improvement strategy agreed and communicated

STEP 6
Implementation of changes within action-plan

STEP 7
Monitor results and review progress

STEP 8
Review progress made by re-surveying (6-12 months)

STEP 9
Measure distance traveled between surveys & action-plan the way forward

STEP 10
Repeat at regular intervals and monitor report findings to consider within your continuous improvement strategies
