"Each person will be asked to grade each statement according to how much they agree or disagree with it"
People you invite to respond to your Perception Gap survey will be asked to consider 30 statements which have been specifically written to measure key areas that may impact on business success.
You will be given the opportunity to add three of your own questions to the Perception Gap survey should you wish to.
With every response, individuals will be asked to suggest what could make things better.
All responses will be collated into your organisations unique Perception Gap report. This will measure the percentage of people either in agreement or disagreement with each statement.
The report will provide tips on good business practice that could minimise Perceptions Gaps between staff and management should they be identified
It will also provide you with your people’s suggestions on how things might be improved.
When you purchase the Perception Gap you will be issued with the appropriate number of unique user passwords which you distribute to those you wish to take part in its completion.
Each code provided is unique to a specific group within the company structure (e.g. staff, middle management, directors etc) and should not be shared.
Those providing input can do so secure in the knowledge that their input is anonymous and will not be tracked back to them. Perception Gap does not link unique user codes with comments made. The Perception Gap report will be collated from the input of all those who have taken part.
Responses will be broken down into the following headings (where applicable): Senior Management / Middle Management / Staff etc.
Suggestions for improvement all feed into the report which will be available for you to download and circulate for senior managers to consider, should you wish to do so.
