All programmes, services and products are as described, although we do reserve the right to add value, upgrade and modify content in order to continually improve offerings.

Payments for products and services must be made in full prior to distribution, download or delivery.
All sales are final

Materials

We have spent considerable time and money compiling our performance coaching resources training materials and they are copyrighted to us. 

You may not use our logo without our written permission. (Practitioners and affiliates are able to use our logo under separate agreements)

Other Points

The PEOPLE Academy is a performance coaching support organisation, not an agency. Your success in building your business is in your hands – although we will help you in any reasonable way we can.

Our resources may contain material that is in the public domain.

In the event that The PEOPLE Academy is liable to any extent under this agreement or general law, liability is limited to the amount of any fee paid by you.
