In addition to being the first trained practitioner in the US for the international people-development model, Investors in People, her previous experience includes; Manager of Customer Quality for an international battery manufacturer, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement, ISO-9000 Lead Auditor, technical skills in documentation and work flow process in concert with a highly passionate ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
