Toni Reece has spent over fifteen years in the Quality Assurance industry prior to creating Baysix Training, Inc. in 1995. In addition to being the first trained practitioner in the US for the international people-development model, Investors in People, her previous experience includes; Manager of Customer Quality for an international battery manufacturer, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement, ISO-9000 Lead Auditor, technical skills in documentation and work flow process in concert with a highly passionate ability to work with people at all levels of the organization. As comfortable on the shop floor as she is in the board room, Toni has developed and implemented a variety of people centered solutions to performance improvement issues including:
